These are Bipasha Jewellers’ store policies for the Bangladesh jewellery market. They are not an official statement issued by BAJUS. Please confirm the applicable rate and written settlement with our showroom before a transaction.
Gold rates and final pricing
Gold value follows the latest available BAJUS rate for the stated karat, updated manually or by admin-triggered sync. Displayed prices include net metal weight, making charges, any stone value and applicable offers, followed by government VAT. Rates may change; confirm the final invoice before purchase.
Exchange and cash buyback
For exchange into new hallmarked jewellery, the standard deduction is 10% of assessed net gold value. For cash buyback, the standard deduction is 20% of assessed net gold value. Assessment depends on verified weight, purity and the applicable rate; stones and non-gold parts are excluded from net gold value.
Making charges and VAT
Making charges (মজুরি) and government VAT are strictly non-refundable on resale or exchange. Buyback is not a refund of the original invoice total.
Hallmark and purity
Our hallmarked gold jewellery carries a 100% hallmark certification and stated karat purity guarantee. The invoice identifies the relevant karat and weight; a karat guarantee does not mean every item is 24K gold.
Custom designs
Design, weight estimate, making charges, deposit if applicable, delivery timing and cancellation terms must be agreed in writing before custom work begins. Final weight and price are confirmed at completion. An online inquiry does not itself confirm an order or payment.
Pawn settlement
Pawn transactions are handled privately by authorized showroom staff under the individual written ticket. Principal, monthly interest, due date, payments and redemption or foreclosure terms are recorded there. Interest is simple monthly interest: each started month counts as a full month, with a minimum of one month. Request a written ledger before settlement.
